23. Each dwelling unit may conduct a yard or garage sale on a weekend. The term “weekend” shall mean Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Yard or garage sales shall only be conducted between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
25. The quarterly yard sale dates are scheduled for the first weekends in: February, May, August and November.
27. Permit requests are received Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (excluding holidays).
29. If the permit is for the immediate upcoming weekend, the application must be completed by Thursday at 3:00 p.m.
31. Items for sale are Applicants’ “used” items only. No new or consigned items. No food sales allowed.

35. Fontana Municipal Code Ordinance Number 1653, § 15-2: VIOLATION AND PENALTY: Any person violating any of the provisions of the section is guilty of an infraction subject to graduated penalties with each successive violation thereof.
