Effective April 7, a variety of institutions and businesses may now open to 50% capacity — a notable increase from the Red Tier’s limit of 25%. Some businesses, like bars and bowling alleys, can now reopen for the first time in over a year.

Lobbies of City Hall, Development Services Organization, Police Department, and Public Works are reopening to the public beginning Monday, March 1. Visitors are required to wear face coverings and will have temperatures taken upon entry.
