The City of Fontana's Community Services Department offers a variety of recreational programs designed to provide athletes with basic fundamentals, game strategy, physical fitness, education, and sportsmanship. Athletes experience a sense of teamwork promoting self-esteem regardless of their athletic skill level.

Adult Sports are 10 weeks of league play with a single elimination playoff tournament. Teams are responsible for the officials' fee prior to the start of the game. Officials' fees vary per sport. Teams may carry a maximum of 16 players. Anyone interested in joining a team may contact the Sports Office or go online and be added to the free agent list.
All City of Fontana Adult Sports Programs accept registration on a per team basis. Team managers are required to submit program payment and a team roster at the time of registration. Registered players must obtain a players card at the time of registration.
Pee Wee Sports are six-week programs designed to introduce participants to an organized practice and scrimmage game setting. Season format includes six (6) one-hour practices and six (6) one-hour games. Practice times are assigned based on program location and division. All practices and games are held during the week on the assigned program days.
The registration fee for the Pee Wee Programs is $50 for Fontana residents and $65 for non-residents (a $3 administrative processing fee will also be applied at time of registration).

Youth Sports are 8-10 week programs designed to introduce participants to an organized practice and game settings of competitive sports. Practice times are assigned based on program and division. Registration fee includes: program uniform, participation medal, and a pizza party. Follow this link for league schedules.
The registration fee for the Youth Programs is $70 for Fontana residents and $85 for non-residents (a $3 administrative processing fee will also be applied at time of registration).

Sports camp gives campers the opportunity to participate in a wide array of activities that will be geared towards keeping everyone active! Swim days will be scheduled for every Monday, Wednesday and Friday of the week so please ensure that your campers come prepared with the appropriate swim attire, towel and sunscreen for protection.
A lunch an a snack will be provided to each camper by the Fontana Unified School District lunch program.

Registration for all sports programs is taken on a first-come, first-served basis at all City of Fontana Community Centers. Program registration will not be accepted without all required information. Please see below for all registration requirements.

Interested in coaching? Volunteers are needed to help support our sports programs. Must be at least 18 years of age. No experience is necessary.
