If you are required by law to register as a sex offender or an arson offender, come to the Fontana Police Department:
- Call (909) 350-7720 to confirm your current address is located in the City of Fontana.
- Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. to fill out the required paperwork.
- Following the completed paperwork, you will be given an appointment to return to complete the registration process.

The following is information you must bring with you at time of registration and your registration appointment:
- California Driver's License or ID (with photo)
- Proof of Residency (California ID, Utility Bill, Rent Receipt) with current address
