Fontana Community Senior Center
Great news! The Fontana Community Senior Center is back and open for the community to visit. Access to all clubs and amenities, including the fitness room, billiards, room, movie theater, and beauty salon are open to members and guests.
We continue to evaluate programs and services and are happy to invite the public back into our center. Please enjoy the activities at the facility while observing any necessary local and statewide guidelines as well as good prevention habits. The health and safety of our participants and visitors is our top priority. Join our efforts to keep Fontana healthy and safe while at play.
WHAT WE ASK OF VISITORS
- Fully vaccinated people can resume activities without wearing a face mask or physically distancing. Visitors to City Administrative Offices are encouraged to wear face coverings.
- Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated individuals will need to wear a face mask indoors.
- Visitors between the ages of 2-11 years of age will need to wear face mask indoors.
- If you and or a member of your household are experiencing illness symptoms, please visit when you are well.
Our hearts are with the family and friends of the Fontana Community Senior Center members we lost in 2020.
Information and Referral Services
During the extent of this closure, the safety and well being of the community remains our top priority. Senior center staff are available via phone Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm to continue to provide information and referral for essential services, including adult and aging services, behavior and mental health services, in-home support services and more. To receive information and referral services, please contact Fontana Community Senior Center staff at (909) 854-5151.
The Nutrition program has restored its lunch service for dine-in access as well as continuing offering to-go meals Monday through Friday. The Fontana Community Senior Center's home meal delivery program has been suspended indefinitely, however interested seniors may contact Family Services Association's meals on wheels program at (951) 342-3057 to see if you qualify.
The Transportation program is currently providing essential services including trips to medical appointments and grocery stores for current Transportation members. The Transportation program is not accepting new transportation riders due to current restrictions. For more information or to be notified when the program begins accepting new transportation riders, please contact the Fontana Community Senior Center’s Transportation office at (909) 854-5175.

Fontana Community Senior Center
The Fontana Community Senior Center is designed to cater to community members that are 55 years of age and older. Inside this beautiful two-story, 43,000 plus square-foot center, there are many rooms that meet and exceed the needs of Fontana’s seniors where the senior community can participate in classes and activities, as well as rooms for leisure such as:

- Banquet and conference rooms
- Billiards room and card parlor
- Computer lab and digital theater
- Library and sitting areas
- Fitness center
- Snack bar
- Beauty salon
