Healthy Fontana will bring live monthly food demonstrations to each of the Fontana Farmers' Markets this year! Participants will learn how to select, store, and prepare healthy foods using items that can be found at the market.

The City of Fontana in conjunction with The Family Market Company, will offer residents two Farmers' Markets weekly which will be overseen by the Community Services Department, Healthy Fontana Division. 

At the Certified Fontana Farmers' Markets, one can find fresh local produce, healthy prepared foods, specialty items, and more, every week.

*Cancellation Dates

We apologize for the inconvenience, but the Farmers' Markets will be closed on the following dates:  

  • Sunday, April 9th (Easter Holiday)
  • Farmers Markets may also cancel or close early due to inclement weather/other unforeseen circumstances

  • A: In partnership with the Family Market Company, the City considered what the community members were asking for as well as the availability of vendors. 

  • Q: Is EBT accepted at the Farmers' Market?
  • A: Yes. Many forms of payment are accepted at the Farmers' Market, including EBT, cash, card, Venmo, and Zelle.  

  • Q: Are products other than food available at the Market?
  • A: Yes! One can find an assortment of goods at the Markets including fresh produce (fruits & vegetables), hot foods, specialty crafts, and more.
