Train the Trainer Sessions

We're holding Train the Trainer sessions! A training session will equip you with the necessary tools and skills to discuss Census 2020 with your community. A representative from the U.S. Census Bureau will be overseeing the training. Join us for one of the following dates:

  • Tuesday, July 30, 2019, from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, July 31, 2019, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Both sessions will be held at Fontana City Hall in the Executive Conference Room. Please RSVP to Martha Guzman-Hurtado at (909) 350-6520 or mghurtado@fontana.org

Not a Community Ambassador yet? No problem. Read below to learn what it means to be a Community Ambassador and how to become one.

Become a Fontana Community Ambassador

Ambassadors serve as trusted messengers, and are voluntary liaisons between the City of Fontana and our communities. Anyone and everyone (Fontana resident or not) can become an Ambassador. Your role is to share information about the census with all.

Ambassadors can use the Census 2020 Toolkit to help spread the message about the upcoming census.
