The general public is encouraged to watch and participate from the safety of their home while practicing social distancing. Members of the public can submit comments via e-mail at: planningdivision@fontana.org at any time prior to the closing of each agenda item. Comments received prior to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 will be provided in advance to the Development Advisory Board Members. City Staff will be monitoring this e-mail during the meeting and will read the comments into the record at the appropriate time during the meeting. Please submit comments prior to the opening of the public comment period for each agenda item. Public Comments of no more than 3 minutes shall be read into the record. A request to install twelve (12) new panel antennas for AT&T located on the most northeast building of the Baseline Beech Center commercial complex. This includes antennas to be located on the roof and side-mounted to the southern portion of the building. Additionally, this proposal includes a ground mounted equipment enclosure for the associated wireless telecommunications equipment. A Variance application has been filed for a reduction in parking stalls to accommodate the enclosure.

Master Case No. 20-050; General Plan Amendment No. 20-014; Zone Change No. 20-014; and Design Review No. 20-020 - Date of Hearing: Planning Commission Meeting of March 16, 2021.
The project includes a request to change the existing general plan land use designation from General Commercial (C-G) to Light Industrial (I-L) and a zone change request to change the existing zoning designation from General Commercial (C-2) to Light Industrial (L-1), to allow the proposed warehouse development. The proposed warehouse is approximately 194,212 square feet and incudes two (2) office spaces, associated car parking, trailer parking, landscaping and security fence on approximately 8.75 acres.
