An Administrative Site Plan request for the establishment of a registered vehicle storage facility on a 4.49 acre site located at 10686 Cherry Avenue. The proposal includes the construction of a guard building, site paving, and other improvements. The project is located within the Southwest Industrial Park Specific Plan and the Light Industrial (I-L) General Plan Land Use designation.

An Administrative Site Plan request for a new telecommunications facility located on an existing Southern California Edison Tower. The new cell site consists of six (6) new panel antennas, six (6) new RRU's, one (1) microwave antenna unit, and new ancillary equipment. The project area is located in the (P-UC) Public Utility General Plan Land Use designation and is within the Summit Heights Specific Plan with a Zoning Designation of Public Utility (P-UC).
