A request from Sierra Lakes Professional Park, LLC, requesting that the Planning Commission review and approve Tentative Parcel Map No. 19661, Administrative Site Plan No. 16-009, and Minor Use Permit No. 16 004; to establish and operate a vacant portion of an existing commercial retail center of approximately 4.8 acres. The description of the entitlement applications are as follows:

Tentative Parcel Map No. 19661, is a request to subdivide three (3) parcels (APNs: 1119-181-19, 20, and -21) of approximately 4.8 acres into four (4) new parcels for the purpose of a commercial retail development. The parcels range in size from approximately 42,078 square feet to 68,767 square feet.

Administrative Site Plan No. 16-009, is a request for site and architectural review to allow the applicant to construct four (4) proposed commercial buildings: a retail strip building (6,038 square feet), a fast-food drive-through restaurant (6,111 square feet), a medical office (10,690 square feet), and a future commercial daycare (10,700 square feet) totaling approximately 27,500 square feet.
