Master Case No. 18-125; Zone Change No. 18-009; Design Review No. 18-038; Conditional Use Permit No. 18-036; Tentative Parcel Map No. 20056 (TPM No. 18-011); and Variance No. 18-007 - Date of Hearing: City Council Meeting of October 22, 2019.

Zone Change No. 18-009 is a proposal to establish the Warehousing Distribution/Logistics Overlay District on the subject site. 

Design Review No. 18-038 is a proposal to construct an approximately 188,338-square foot warehouse building on approximately 9.95-acres of land, including approximately 4,500-square feet on two-story office, with associated facilities and improvements such as a perimeter fencing, parking, onsite and perimeter landscaping, lighting, and exterior sidewalks. The warehouse building would have a maximum building height of 46 feet.

Conditional Use Permit No. 18-036 is a proposal to operate a warehousing distribution/logistics facility. 

Tentative Parcel Map No. 20056 (TPM No. 18-011) is a proposal to consolidate two (2) parcels (APN: 0239-161-29 and -38) into one (1) parcel. 

Variance No. 18-007 is a request to reduce the required landscape setback along the eastern (diagonal) property line adjacent to the Southern California Edison right-of-way. 

The project site is not included on a hazardous site list compiled pursuant to California Government Code Section 65962.5.

Master Case No. 19-044; Design Review No. 19-019; Specific Plan Amendment No. 19-005; and Tentative Tract Map No. 17041 (TTM No. 19-004) - Date of Hearing: City Council Meeting of November 12, 2019.

Tentative Tract Map No. 17041 (TTM No. 19-004) consists of approximately 22.7 acres located within Planning Areas 16 and Planning Area 17 of the Citrus Heights North Specific Plan (Shady Trails residential subdivision). A Specific Plan Amendment proposes to change the product type identified in the Citrus Heights North Specific Plan, as well as lower the density as described in Section 3.0 (P) and 3.0 (U) of the Specific Plan. Additionally, Design Review No. 19-019 is the site and architectural review for 151 Attached and Detached Condominiums within Planning Area 17. The site acreage and configuration remain the same as originally approved.

Adoption of the 2019 Building Code - Date of Hearing: City Council Meeting of November 12, 2019.

An Ordinance of the City of Fontana adding, amending and deleting certain articles, sections, and subsections of Chapter 5 of the Code of the City of Fontana, California pertaining to the construction and maintenance of building, and adopting the 2019 edition of the California Building Standards Code, known as the California Code of Regulations, Title 24, consisting of the California Building Code, volumes 1 & 2 based on the 2018 International Building Code; the California Plumbing Code, based on the 2018 Uniform Plumbing Code; the California Electrical Code, based on the 2017 National Electrical Code; the California Mechanical code, based on the 2018 Uniform Mechanical Code; the California Existing Building Code, based on the 2018 International Existing Building Code; the California Green Building Standards Code; the California Residential Code, based on the 2018 International Residential Code and the 1997 edition of the Uniform Administrative Code.
