The I-15 Logistics Project (Project) is a proposed logistics facility located in the unincorporated San Bernardino County just northwest of Interstate 15 (I-15), west of Sierra Avenue, along the south side of Lytle Creek Road, and in the northern portion of the City of Fontana's Sphere of Influence (SOI). 

The proposed Project involves the development of a logistics facility, the realignment of Lytle Creek Road, and the annexation of these and additional areas into the City of Fontana. The total annexation area would be 152 acres. The Project involves a sphere of influence expansion for the City of Fontana, the Fontana Fire Protection District and the West Valley Water District; pre-zoning  and pre-designation of land uses consistent with City standards; and annexation into the Fontana Fire Protection District, the West Valley Municipal Water District, and the San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District service areas. The proposed logistics facility would be approximately 1,175,720 square feet, including office spaces and other associated amenities, on 76 acres.

Availability of the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR): The DEIR can be viewed on the City's website. The DEIR and its technical appendices are also available for public review during normal working hours at the following two (2) locations: 1) City of Fontana, Community Development Department - Planning Division at 8353 Sierra Avenue, Fontana, CA 92335; and 2) Fontana Lewis Library and Technology Center at 8437 Sierra Avenue, Fontana, CA 92335.

Master Case No. 18-076R1; Specific Plan Amendment No. 19-009; and Design Review No. 19-007 - Date of Hearing: Planning Commission Meeting of September 17, 2019.

A request by the project applicant, Adrian Hermanson, of Lennar Homes of California, INC., to amend the Summit at Rosena Specific Plan to remove a covered parking requirement per Section 8.6.2 Table 8.F and to amend the landscaping planting palette to meet the City's Fire and City's Landscaping requirements per Section 3.6.2 Table 3.A. In addition, the applicant is requesting site and architectural review for Tract 20153, 20212, and 20214 for a total of 228 motor-court units, 112 Rowtown units, 108 detached small clusters, and 105 detached large clusters.
