*All swimmers must wear proper swim trunks. No denim, basketball, jersey or cotton shorts or t-shirts permitted in the water. All guests must pay an entrance fee to enter the pool area. All children under the age of 7 must be within arms reach of an adult at all times.

Must be 48" to ride water slides.

The City of Fontana's learn-to-swim programs are among the most comprehensive in the Inland Empire. We offer eight different levels in the morning and evening to fit almost everyone's schedule. Classes fill up fast so sign up today.

Swim Tests take place Monday-Thursday at the Fontana Park Aquatic Center from 4:30-6:30pm and are free of charge. 

Important: Additional $15 applies to non-residents. No transfers, credits or refunds. All registration closes on the Friday before the class begins at 9:00 pm.

All City of Fontana pools are open for rentals.

Aquatic Facility Availability

All City of Fontana pools are available when not in use for City-organized/sponsored events. Rental times and dates are subject to approval. For more details and available dates and times, please contact the Fontana Park Aquatic Center at (909) 854-5106 or any community pool near you. Be sure to read over the Facility Reservation Application before making your reservation.

Fee Schedule

There is a two-hour minimum for all City pool rentals. A refundable trust deposit is required at the time of reservation. Deposit does not go toward facility balance.

Making your Reservation

  1. Fill out a Reservation Form available at Fontana Park Aquatic Center or any community pool.
  2. Call or visit the pool site of your choice to find out if the desired date is available.
  3. Pay the facility deposit.
  4. Make your final payment of the balance at least 30 days before your event.
  5. Attend and enjoy your event with the City of Fontana Aquatic Staff.

**All rentals are on a first come first serve basis. Reservations will not be taken over the phone and dates cannot be temporarily reserved.

 Note: Cancellations less than 60 days prior to the event will result in 100% loss of funds. $100 cancellation fee and $10 refund fee will apply to all cancellations that occur at least 60 days prior to the event.

Fontana Park Aquatic Center also offers:

Table Reservations: Fee $10/table. Reserve a section in the pavilion for the duration of one recreational swim session. Must rent a either 5 or 10 tables. Table reservation does not include admission into the park.
Lane Rental: Fee $20 per lane each lap swimming session. Does not include admission into lap swimming. 

Note: Admission will be charged to anyone entering the facility; including non-swimmers. All swimmers must wear appropriate swimming attire. 

*All fees and hours are subject to change. Non-resident fee may apply. A $3 processing fee will be applied for all registrations.
