1. Dia De Los MuertosFriday, November 2
Come learn about Dia De Los Muertos, a Hispanic tradition celebrating life and deceased loved ones. The event is this Friday from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at the Steelworkers’ Auditorium (8437 Sierra Ave). This event will include art activities, face painting, vendors and entertainment. Featuring a cultural performance by "Danza Azteca Nuevo Amanecer Guadalano" and music by "Trio Ellas." Admission is free and open to all ages. Call (909) 349-6979 or visit Fontana.Arts.com.
2. Pinocchio Comes to Life on Fontana Stage
Join the Blue Fairy, Geppetto and other lively characters as the story of Pinocchio comes to life in Disney’s My Son Pinocchio Jr. performed by the City of Fontana’s Youth Community Theater.
3. Honor Our Veterans
Sunday, November 11
Come give thanks to the brave men and women that dedicate their lives to serve our country and protect our freedom. The year's Veterans Day Ceremony will be on Sunday, November 11 at 11:00 a.m. The ceremony will take place at the Miller Park Amphitheater (17004 Arrow Blvd).Congratulate this year's Dr. Charles Koehler’s Veterans Day Writing & Art Contest winners from local Fontana schools. 4. Oh, Christmas TreeWednesday, November 28
Join us at Fontana City Hall to welcome Christmas with the official Tree Lighting Ceremony and a special visitor from the North Pole. Refreshments will be served along with special live performances and fun for all ages 6:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. in front of City Hall (8353 Sierra Ave.). 5. Take a Selfie with Santa ClausFriday, November 30
