The Walnut Village Specific Plan area is located in northeast portion of the City of Fontana. It is bounded on the north by Highland Avenue, on the east by Palmetto Avenue, on the south by Baseline Avenue, and on the west by Sierra Avenue. The Interstate 210 runs along the northern boundary of the Walnut Village Specific Plan area.
The Walnut Village specific planned community is an internally oriented community. Its project site is compromised of approximately 342 acres with the following mixed uses:

39 acres of commercial land
2.5 acres of commercial mixed-use land
