If you are required by law to register as a  sex offender, come in to the Fontana Police Department between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Please call (909) 350-7720 to verify that your residence is located within the City of Fontana jurisdiction or if you have any questions regarding the registration process.

The following is information you must bring with you at time of registration:

• California Driver's License or ID (with photo)

• Proof of Residency (California ID, Utility Bill, Rent Receipt) with current address
