California Identification
18 years of age or older (individuals under age 18 may accompany an applicant who is that person's parent or legal guardian, for the purpose of viewing the CD-ROM)
Cannot be a sex registrant
The viewer will be required to sign a statement indicating they understand the purpose of the release of information

Information available to you:

Name (and known aliases)
Age and sex
Photograph (if available)
Physical description (including scars, marks, and tattoos)
Sex offense(s)
County and zip code (based on last registration)

The release of this information to the public is a means of assuring public protection and not to punish the offender.

The information may not be used to harass the offender or commit any crime against the offender.
