The Sierra Corridor Commercial Redevelopment Project is the
newest redevelopment project having been adopted in 1992.
This Project incorporates the major commercial corridors of
the City not already included within the existing Downtown
Redevelopment Project. The Sierra Corridor Project area contains
approximately 2,213 acres of mixed uses such as commercial,
retail and residential. An amendment was adopted on November
15, 1994 to bring the Sierra Corridor Commercial Redevelopment
Plan in conformity with the requirements of AB 1290.
