Business Environmental Programs
Pretreatment
If you are a business and you are connected to the Fontana Sewer system, you will need to fill out a Waste Water Discharge Application. Please click on the following links to obtain these forms. Please turn in the completed application to the Public Works Department, Environmental Department. Please note industrial businesses need to fill out the long form. All others will need to fill out the short form.
Pretreatment information can be found in Chapter 23 of the City of Fontana Municipal Code.
Stormwater Quality Management Plans (SWQMPs)

Please note that we require a specific signature page than what is in the document. No WQMPs will be accepted without two copies with original signatures on the page provided. Please make sure a Civil Engineer has signed off on the calculations as well.
