Pee Wee T-Ball registration begins June 1

Fontana,
California, May 28, 2008. The Mayor and City Council invite residents with children born between 2000
and 2004 to register for the upcoming Pee Wee T-Ball season beginning Sunday, June 1 through Thursday, July 10.
Fees are $28 for residents and $38 for non-residents. Those living outside of the Fontana city limits may register
from Tuesday, July 1 through Thursday, July 10. Practices and games for Mighty Mites and Junior Mites are played
at Southridge Park, located at 14501 Live Oak Avenue, Veteran’s Park, located at 17255 Merrill Avenue, McDermott
Park, located at 7846 S. Heritage Loop, Hunter’s Ridge Park, located at 5220 Cherry Avenue, and the newest baseball
park, Coyote Canyon Park, located at 5051 Duncan Canyon Road.
Pee Wee T-Ball gives young boys and girls an opportunity to learn the fundamental skills used in baseball while
also introducing the infield, outfield, and swinging the bat. Guided by the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA)
an award-winning program that has educated more than 5,000 parents and coaches on the principles of positive
coaching, players receive quality instruction in ball play as well as how to be important members of a team.

All program participants are required to submit a waiver, release and indemnity agreement, birth certificate,
signed parent’s oath, and program payment.
