Welcome to Online Activity Registration


Welcome to the City of Fontana’s Recreation and Community Services activity registration system! The Recreation & Community Services Division invites you to register for a diverse range of classes/activities created for all ages! Registering online is a simple, efficient way to bring recreation into your life today.

Please read the following information regarding online registration. If you are a returning customer, click here to bypass the introduction on how to register.

How to Register
Please print a copy of these instructions and use to assist with your registration process.
  1. Setting Up An Account:
    If you Do Not have a customer account, please read these instructions, then Click Here, or register from the Customer Login screen, click on Request Account Now to register.

    Fill out the New Account Request completely, including birth date. Please submit your request only once, and use your own information when filling out the form, not a child you wish to register. Once you have an account, you will have the opportunity to add family members.

    Please Note:
    You cannot proceed with the registration process until you receive your Customer ID and Password via email, usually within 1 business day. An accurate email address is required to complete the registration process.

  2. Search For An Activity
    1. You may search for activities by Location or Category (type).
    2. You may also sort the list and choose whether you want to see activities that take place in the future or are currently in progress.
    3. Activities with information that is grayed-out on the screen are not currently available for registration.
    4. Click on the activity name to see more details about the activity.

  3. Choose An Activity For Enrollment
    1. In the Activity Detail screen, click on Add to My Cart in the blue banner under the activity description or at the bottom of the page.
    2. Additional Activities: After you have logged on you may continue searching and adding activities to your Shopping Cart.

  4. Login
    If you have an account enter your Customer ID and Password. Otherwise, click here to request an account.


    Add Family Members:
    If you wish to enroll family members other than yourself:

      a. Click on My Account
      b. Then click on Change Family Members.
      c. Fill in the information completely for each member of your family.

      Note: Many of our activities have age restrictions; therefore, birth dates are required.

    Update Shopping Cart:
    If more than one family member will be attending the activity, change the quantity, click on Update Cart, then Checkout.

    Choose Enrollees:
    This page allows users to choose the family member/s that will be registering for each activity. Choose family members for each activity, and then select Continue.
    Please Note: If you have not added your family members before reaching the Enrollee Information Page, they will not appear under the Enrollee heading. You can click on My Account from here and add your family member(s). Once all family members have been added, then select Shopping Cart, from there you may continue to Checkout.

  5. Checkout
    Review your Shopping Cart. From this screen you can remove activities from your cart, view more activities, or update your cart. If everything is correct, click on the Checkout button to proceed.

    Confirm Prices:
    On the Confirm Prices page look over your transaction to confirm the price(s), time(s) and date(s) of each activity/class. Click Continue to proceed.

    Payment:
    Enter your credit card information on the Payment Information page. Note: the name and address must match those that are on file with your credit card company. If the address shown is not your billing address, click on My Account and change your address to match your billing address. Click Continue.

    Receipt:
    Print out a copy of your receipt.

Fontana Recreation & Community Services Policies
The City of Fontana is committed to providing quality programs and services to the public. The Recreation & Community Services Division takes extensive measures to ensure that the information presented online and in printed materials is the most accurate and up to date information available. However, due to the limitation of the information collection and posting process, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all of the information provided. Please be sure to inquire about any specific program/activity changes or cancellations by contacting the Recreation & Community Services staff directly for the most up to date activity regarding classes, programs and actual schedule availability. Thank you in advance for understanding our limitations.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be requested in person prior to the start of the second class meeting. All refund requests (including registrations paid for online, in person, or via touch tone registration) are subject to a $10.00 processing fee. Upon approval, refund checks will be mailed to the address on the original registration receipt and may take up to four (4) weeks to process. Refund requests for registration paid for by credit card will result in a credit back to the original credit card upon approval. Refunds and charge backs may take up to four (4) weeks to process.

Classes cancelled by the Community Services Department Staff will result in a full refund.

*Swim Lessons: Refunds/Transfers will not be approved for swim lessons for any reason. Please register carefully and consider year round school and vacation schedules.

Non-Resident Fee
All non-residents are charged an additional $10.00 administrative fee per participant/per activity. A non-resident is determined solely by place of residence/street address. Non-residents are defined as those living outside of city boundaries including those residing in San Bernardino County areas.

Age Requirements
Participants must meet age requirements as of activity start date. Youth Sports age requirements are determined by year of birth and require proof of age prior to participation.
