Chairperson of the Fontana Redevelopment Agency

Acquanetta
Warren was appointed to the Fontana City Council on December
17, 2002 and elected in 2004. Her current term will expire in November 2008.
Prior to her appointment, Acquanetta served as Co-Chairperson
of the General Plan Advisory Committee and Chairperson of the
Village of Heritage Landscape Committee. She also participated
with the Public Works Department on the development of the landscape
specifications and new program standards to lower costs and
increase quality.
Acquanetta is Operations Manager in the Public Works Department
in the City of Upland. She joined the City of Upland as a consultant
in Housing Programs and later became a City employee in Fire,
Building, Police, Code Enforcement and Integrated Waste Management
Departments. She is a member of the California Recreation Parks
Society and Municipal Assistants of Southern California. Previously
she worked in banking as Vice President/Group Product Manager
for Cash Management Services. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree
in Political Science/Urban Studies from Occidental College with
additional coursework in finance, strategic planning, marketing
and computer programming.
Acquanetta has three children.
Acquanetta is the Chairperson of the Fontana Housing Authority
and Vice Chairperson of the Fontana Industrial Development Authority.
Acquanetta also volunteers with the West Coast Gazelles Track
Club Parent Group and is a member of the Fontana Renovation
Performing Arts Center Committee.
She represents Fontana on the San Bernardino County Flood Control
and the San Bernardino County Solid Waste Task Force.
