Capital Improvements Program

Welcome to the Capital Improvements Program (CIP). This comprehensive capital improvement program, outlined in the Capital Improvements Plan book (current issue coming soon), will improve commuter access, traffic safety, and mobility in the City of Fontana and surrounding regions.

The corresponding pages provide information about the program process, schedule and progress. On the CIP Project List page you will find descriptions of the projects in design and projects under construction by clicking on the project name link. You will also find a project photo gallery, answers to your questions, and a means to provide input about the program.
