Project Description
The Wal-Mart Supercenter will be approximately
245,000 square feet in size and will offer groceries and general retail merchandise.
The Supercenter will include a garden center with an exterior customer pick-up facility
for pre-paid bagged garden supplies, such as potting soil, mulch and manure. The store
will also include a drive-through pharmacy, vision and hearing care center, food service,
photo studio, photo finishing center, a banking center and an arcade. The Supercenter
will operate 24 hours per day. In addition, a tire and lube facility will be provided
that will not operate 24 hours per day.
Project Location
The project site is an irregularly-shaped
property consisting of five parcels (APN’s 0194-371-12, -13, -14, -15, and -16) totaling
22.1 adjusted gross acres located between Sierra Avenue and Production Avenue and South
of Slover Avenue.
Project Status
At the request of the applicant, the
project has been withdrawn; however, Wal-Mart still owns the subject property.
