The proposed Mimi’s restaurant is 7,500 sq. ft. in size and is located on the southeast corner of Sierra Avenue and Sierra Lakes Parkway. Mimi’s is part of the larger 115,225 sq. ft. retail center on approximately 14.3 acres.

The project site is an irregularly-shaped property of approximately 14.3 acres, and is located on the southeast corner of Sierra Lakes Parkway and Sierra Avenue across the street from the Lowe’s center and having a frontage of approximately 600 feet on Sierra Avenue and a depth of approximately 1000 feet along Sierra Lakes Parkway.

On February 6, 2007, the Planning Commission approved the site plan and elevations for the Mimi’s restaurant.
