The project consists of a four-story Hilton Garden Inn located on approximately 3.5 acres of land. The project will include a 2,353 square foot conference center and 115 hotel rental units (rooms). Additional amenities to the hotel will include an outdoor pool and spa area, a dining area, and an exercise room. The hotel will include an elevator to service the four-story building.

The project site is a rectangular-shaped property consisting of one parcel (APN 0194-371-11) totaling approximately 4.4 adjusted gross acres located on the southeast corner of Slover Avenue and Sierra Avenue and having an approximate frontage of 395 feet on Slover Avenue and 480 feet on Sierra Avenue.

The project was approved by the Planning Commission on November 21, 2006.
