The proposed Boston’s Gourmet Pizza Restaurant is 7,388 sq. ft. in size and is located on the northeast corner of the SR 210 off-ramp and Sierra Avenue. Boston’s Gourmet Pizza Restaurant is part of the larger 115,225 sq. ft. retail center on approximately 14.3 acres.

The project site is an irregularly-shaped property of approximately 14.3 adjusted gross acres, and is located on the southeast corner of Sierra Lakes Parkway and Sierra Avenue across Sierra Avenue from the existing Lowe’s center and having a frontage of approximately 600 feet on Sierra Avenue and a depth of approximately 1000 feet along Sierra Lakes Parkway.

On February 6, 2007, the Planning Commission approved the site plan and elevations for the shopping center. The Boston’s Gourmet Pizza pad was approved but not the elevations. An Administrative site plan for the elevations and floor plans for the restaurant was approved by the Director of Community Development on August 14, 2008.
