The Healthier Living: Managing Ongoing Health Conditions Take control of your ongoing health condition on a daily basis with this six-week workshop. Use discussions and goal-setting to help you in: Communicating better with your physician Developing an exercise program Eating healthier Living a happier, healthier life Managing stress The program is free for non-members. The Pathways to Wellness Program  Start losing those extra pounds and inches with this positive-approach program and support group. You'll learn behavioral approaches to managing and controlling stress and cravings and developing new eating and fitness habits. The program cost is $335 for non-members. The Smoking Cessation Program Kick the nicotine habit for good by:  Discussing chemical and behavioral aids Getting a better understanding of your routines and habits related to smoking Getting suggestions for lifestyle changes to help you quit Learning a variety of techniques to help you become smoke-free The program starts with Smoking Cessation Orientation, followed by an eight-week series of classes held once a week in mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
