Fontana Recreation & Community Services Policies
The City of Fontana is committed to providing quality programs and services to the public. The Recreation and Community Services Division takes extensive measures to ensure that the information presented online and in printed materials is the most accurate and up-to-date information available.

However, due to the limitation of the information collection and posting process, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all of the information provided. Please be sure to inquire about any specific program / activity changes or cancellations by contacting the Recreation and Community Services staff directly for the most up-to-date activity regarding classes, programs, and actual schedule availability. Thank you in advance for understanding our limitations.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested in person prior to the start of the second class meeting. All refund requests (including registrations paid for online, in person, or via touch tone registration) are subject to a $10 processing fee. The $2 Processing/Administrative Fee is non-refundable.

Upon approval, refund checks will be mailed to the address on the original registration receipt and may take up to four weeks to process. Refund requests for registration paid for by credit card will result in a credit back to the original credit card upon approval. Refunds and charge backs may take up to four weeks to process. Classes canceled by the Community Services Department staff will result in a full refund.

Swim Lessons
Refunds / transfers will not be approved for swim lessons for any reason. Please register carefully and consider your year-round school and vacation schedules before registering.
