Emergency Services Unit
Mission
Working with local agencies and organizations, the Emergency Services Unit coordinates the preparedness, response, and recovery activities to mitigate the effects of major emergencies and disasters that threaten the lives, property, and the environment of the community.

Emergency Services Unit
The City has a comprehensive Emergency Management Program which includes the elements necessary to respond quickly and effectively to all types of emergencies and disasters. To achieve this goal of preparedness, we have developed and provide ongoing training and educational programs to City personnel and the citizens of Fontana.
