Youth Activities
There are many activities and programs in the City of Fontana which focus on youth. The After School Program provides a safe and healthy environment for young people to socialize, get help with homework and participate in fitness activities after the school day has ended. The program is available to students from kindergarten through the 8th grade.

The City of Fontana's Mobile Recreation offers fun that is innovative, creative and educational. This 16-foot, newly re-decorated truck comes equipped with countless games, crafts, sports equipment and activities for children of all ages to enjoy.  The Mobile Unit even has a stereo system to keep any party moving.

If you are tired of having only a bouncer and ordinary games at your party, call and book the Mobile Recreation Unit.  This fantastic experience is available for rent at only $100 per hour,  with a two hour minimum.  It is great for birthday parties, company picnics, family reunions, sports banquets, church events or any other special occasion.

Mobile Recreation also visits local Community Parks Monday - Thursday. Staff will coordinate group games, arts & crafts activities, and the newly added STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) activities! Participants must have waiver on file to participate, but program is free!  Please note that school rentals and private rentals will take priority over daily park visits.  Please click here for the schedule to come outside and play!

Skate Parks are managed and supervised by Action Park Alliance. Park features include lessons, camps, clinics, contests, demonstrations, pro shop and concessions.

For more information please visit www.allianceskateparks.com.

NOTE: Safety gear and a signed "Release of Liability" form are required.  A parent or legal guardian must sign for youth under 18 years of age.  Forms are available at both skate parks.

The Tiny Tots program is a preschool enriched activity that is designed to gradually prepare children ages three to five for a positive transition into kindergarten. Experienced staff create an environment that encourages emotional, intellectual, and social growth.
