What  is Aqua Boot Camp?
Aqua Boot Camp is designed for the use of the pool and the pool deck, as a form of exercise. Participants will utilize functional movements and high intensity swim sets, to achieve physical performance. 

“I haven’t worked out in a while, is it hard and do I have to be in shape?”
No, you do not have to be in shape. Aqua Boot Camp is different from Aqua Aerobics based on the physical demand. Let that not discourage you, workouts can be modified to accommodate each participant. 

“Are there weights involved?”
Not every work out will involve weights. Most workouts will include body weight, ie. Push-ups, which can be modified as well. As for now, no real weight sets will be used, only weight belts and/or diving bricks.

“What if I can't swim well?"
Participants must swim at least 25 yards, or one length of the competition pool consistently. Accommodations can be made, but should you need further instruction, please see our adult swim lessons, or Masters Swim Team.

“I have sports injuries, is that okay?”
Injuries can vary, as well as workouts, but all workouts can be modified to adjust to the individuals injuries or weaknesses.

What are the times,  length, cost, etc?
Classes will be held Saturdays, from 8-9am, and will have a drop-in fee of $7 per class.

Is this co-ed?
Classes will be co-ed and participants must be 16 years or older to participate.
