Fourth of July Celebration
Fontana High School

The 4th of July Celebration at Fontana High School was a success! The event was filled with summer fun. Malo began the nights festivities with an awesome show, then handed the stage over to Tierra who kept the momentum going with some of there most famous hits. During this amazing entertainment all guests enjoyed free glow sticks, a stilt walking Lady Liberty and Uncle Sam, food and novelty vendors as well as activities for all to take part in. Once the entertainment finished, we lit up the night sky with our breathtaking firework show! The City of Fontana would like to thank everyone who joined us for this year's 4th of July Celebration and we hope to see you all back next year!

Celebrating in Your Neighborhood?
"Safe and Sane" Fireworks Safety
What are "Safe and Sane" Fireworks?
“Safe and Sane” means that the fireworks are less likely to cause injury and generally means that the fireworks do not explode or fly. “Safe and Sane” fireworks are still dangerous, especially for children.

“Safe and Sane” fireworks are identified by a State of California or State Fire Marshall registered logo on the firework itself or on the packaging. “Safe and Sane” fireworks are sold at City of Fontana approved locations only. Beware of individuals selling fireworks from their homes or cars that say “Safe and Sane.” These fireworks are not “Safe and Sane”

  • Sparklers can reach 1800 degrees, hot enough to melt gold
  • Always have a bucket of water or water hose near by
  • Unincorporated areas of the County DO NOT allow any fireworks, so check to see if your neighborhood is within City limits
