The project is for the approval of a development of a commercial shopping center with approximately 86,380 square feet of total building area on an approximate 10.9 acre site. Phase 1 of the project would be construction of the 25,000 square foot Medical Office Building opening Fall - Winter 2016, with the remaining approximately 44,430 square feet of retail commercial shops, including a gas station/convenience store, approximately 4,948 square feet of fast-food uses, and approximately 12,000 square feet of restaurant opening in the Fall - Winter of 2017.
The project site is located at the southeast corner of the Interstate 210 Freeway and Sierra Avenue. The site is bounded by the I-210 Freeway to the north, Highland Avenue to the east and south, and Sierra Avenue to the west. The sites assessor parcel numbers are: 0240-121-24, -25, -26, -26, -27, and -29.
