CEQA Public Review
Pursuant to Article 13, Sections 15200 through 15206 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), public agencies are required to provide a public review period in order to receive and evaluate public reactions to environmental issues related to proposed public and private projects. The following project(s) and environmental documents listed below are available for public review.

Project Description: The Tentative Parcel Map and Design Review request is for review and approval to combine twelve (12) parcels into one parcel of approximately thirty (30) adjusted gross acres and site and architectural review of a proposed approximate 639,473 square foot high-cube industrial warehouse distribution facility at the southwest corner of Santa Ana Avenue and Citrus Avenue.  
Location: The project is located on an rectangular-shaped property consisting of twelve (12) parcels (APN’s 0237-191-02, -04, -05, -13, -18, -19, -20, -31, -32, -44, -45, and -46) of approximately 30 adjusted gross acres on the southwest corner of Santa Ana Avenue and Citrus Avenue and having a frontage on Santa Ana Avenue of approximately 593 feet and a frontage on Citrus Avenue of approximately 1,915 feet.

Project Description: Adopt a resolution to the City Council recommending approval of Planning Case No. 06-017, General Plan Amendment No. 13-007, Zone Change No.13-010, and Tentative Tract Map No. 13-010 to change the General Plan Land Use designation from General Commercial (C-G) to Medium Density Residential (R-M) and the Zoning District from General Commercial (C-2) to Medium Density Residential (R-2) on approximately 17 acres; and to subdivide approximately 35 adjusted gross acres into 200 medium density single-family residential lots.
Location: The project site is an irregularly-shaped property consisting of fourteen (14) parcels (APN No.’s 0241-091-17, -19, -22, -24, -25, -29, -31, -38, -39, -42, -43, -52, -53, and -64) of approximately 35 adjusted gross acres and is located near the southeast corner of Sierra Avenue and Baseline Avenue and having a frontage on the east side of Sierra Avenue of approximately 1430 feet and a frontage on the south side of Baseline Avenue of approximately 1,016 feet.
