CEQA Public Review
Pursuant to Article 13, Sections 15200 through 15206 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), public agencies are required to provide a public review period in order to receive and evaluate public reactions to environmental issues related to proposed public and private projects. The following project(s) and environmental documents listed below are available for public review.

Project Description: A General Plan Amendment to change the General Plan Land Use Designation from General Commercial (C-G) to Medium-Density Residential (R-M) and Zone Change to change the zoning district from General Commercial (C-2) to Medium Density Residential (R-2) and a proposed Tentative Tract Map No. 14-006 (TTM No. 18975) to subdivide one parcel of 3.5 acres into (16) sixteen single-family residential lots. 
 
Location: The project site is an irregularly shaped property consisting of one parcel (APN: 1110 391 03) of approximately 3.5 adjusted gross acres and is located north of Foothill Boulevard, east of Lime Avenue. The project is further identified as 15634 Foothill Boulevard.

Project Description: 
A request, from Mr. Ken Barton, Fiedler Group, to change the facade of the existing ARCO AM/PM Gas Station: Paint the existing convenience store and canopy, reface the existing gas dispensers, and install LED lighting around the canopy.   
Location: The project site is located at the northwest corner of Citrus Avenue and Foothill Boulevard. The site address is 16090 Foothill Boulevard.

Project Description: 
A request, from Mr. Ken Barton, Fiedler Group, to change the facade of the existing ARCO AM/PM Gas Station: Paint the existing convenience store and canopy, reface the existing gas dispensers, convert one fuel tank to diesel, and install LED lighting around the gas station canopy.  
Location: The project site is located at the southeast corner of Mulberry Avenue and Foothill Boulevard. The site address is 8127 Mulberry Avenue.
