CEQA Public Review
Pursuant to Article 13, Sections 15200 through 15206 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), public agencies are required to provide a public review period in order to receive and evaluate public reactions to environmental issues related to proposed public and private projects. The following project(s) and environmental documents listed below are available for public review.

Project Description: The Tentative Parcel Map and Design Review request is for review and approval to combine twelve (12) parcels into one parcel of approximately thirty (30) adjusted gross acres and site and architectural review of a proposed approximate 639,473 square foot high-cube industrial warehouse distribution facility at the southwest corner of Santa Ana Avenue and Citrus Avenue.  
Location: The project is located on an rectangular-shaped property consisting of twelve (12) parcels (APN’s 0237-191-02, -04, -05, -13, -18, -19, -20, -31, -32, -44, -45, and -46) of approximately 30 adjusted gross acres on the southwest corner of Santa Ana Avenue and Citrus Avenue and having a frontage on Santa Ana Avenue of approximately 593 feet and a frontage on Citrus Avenue of approximately 1,915 feet.

Project Description: Adopt a resolution to the City Council recommending approval of Planning Case No. 06-017, General Plan Amendment No. 13-007, Zone Change No.13-010, and Tentative Tract Map No. 13-010 to change the General Plan Land Use designation from General Commercial (C-G) to Medium Density Residential (R-M) and the Zoning District from General Commercial (C-2) to Medium Density Residential (R-2) on approximately 17 acres; and to subdivide approximately 35 adjusted gross acres into 200 medium density single-family residential lots.
Location: The project site is an irregularly-shaped property consisting of fourteen (14) parcels (APN No.’s 0241-091-17, -19, -22, -24, -25, -29, -31, -38, -39, -42, -43, -52, -53, and -64) of approximately 35 adjusted gross acres and is located near the southeast corner of Sierra Avenue and Baseline Avenue and having a frontage on the east side of Sierra Avenue of approximately 1430 feet and a frontage on the south side of Baseline Avenue of approximately 1,016 feet.

Project Description: A Design Review for architectural and site review of eight (8) single-family homes within the previously approved Tentative Tract Map No. 18532.
Location: The project for Tentative Tract No. 18532 is a rectangular-shaped property consisting of one parcel (APN: 0194-173-59) of approximately 2.0 adjusted gross acres and is located approximately 623 feet north of the intersection of Boxwood Avenue and San Bernardino Avenue, and having a frontage of approximately 40 along Boxwood Avenue and a lot depth of approximately 510 feet.

Project Description: The Planning Commission would review the proposal and make recommendations to the City Council regarding GPA No. 13-005, an amendment to Chapter 3 (Land Use Element) creating new multi-family general plan designations and an emergency shelter overlay, ZCA No. 13-007, an amendment to Chapter 30, Article IX (Overlay Districts), Article V (Residential Zoning Districts), and Article X (General Landscape Requirements) of the Municipal Code, creating new multi-family zoning districts (R-4 and R-5) and an Emergency Shelter Overlay (ESO) which includes development, design, landscaping and parking standards, and ZCA 13-008 an amendment to the Zoning District Map rezoning properties to R-4, R-5 and ESO. This item will be forwarded to the City Council for final action.

Parcel Nos. 0230-071, 03, 04 [These parcels are located on the southwest corner of Foothill Boulevard and Live Oak Avenue]. Parcel Nos. 0191-091-19, 20, 21, 23, 32, 40, 41 [These parcels are in an area generally located on the southeast corner of Foothill Boulevard and Cypress Avenue]. Parcel No. 0190-241-03 [This site is north on Foothill Boulevard approximately 400 feet east of Mango Avenue]. Parcel Nos. 0234-101-04, 05, 06, 21 [This area is comprised of locations along the northside of Foothill Boulevard approximately 100 feet east of Alder Avenue]. Parcel Nos. 0239-151-09,22,25,26,34,36,38,40 [These parcels are located on the northeast side of Sierra Avenue and Case Grande Drive].

Emergency Shelter Overlay District Parcel Nos. 0191-181-08, 11, 12, 14, 19, 20, 21, 24, 25, 26, 27, 0233-051-01, 04, 06, 07, 08, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 [These locations are comprised of sites bounded by the Metrolink right-of-way to the north, Ceres Avenue to the south, and Catawba Avenue to the west, with R-2 Medium Density Residential to the east, and is bisected by Citrus Avenue]. Parcel Nos. 0234-221-04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 12, 23, 24, 25, 27, 0234-231-03, 11, 12 [These locations are comprised of sites in an area generally bounded by Valley Boulevard to the north, Washington Drive to the south, Cherry Avenue to the west, and Redwood Avenue to the east].
