CEQA Public Review
Pursuant to Article 13, Sections 15200 through 15206 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), public agencies are required to provide a public review period in order to receive and evaluate public reactions to environmental issues related to proposed public and private projects. The following project(s) and environmental documents listed below are available for public review.

Project Description: Design Review No. 87-053R1 is a request for a revision to the previously approved Design Review to modify the exterior facade for 96 apartment units (Foothill Cape Apartment) from wood siding to stucco. 
Location: The project is a rectangular-shaped property consisting of three (3) parcels (APN: 0190-041-03, -04, and -05) of approximately 5.09 adjusted gross acres and is located approximately 908 feet east of the intersection of Citrus Avenue and Foothill Boulevard, and having an approximate frontage of 351 feet on the north side of Foothill Boulevard and a lot depth of approximately 632 feet. The site is further identified as 16270 Foothill Boulevard.

Project Description: A request to subdivide approximately 4.4 adjusted gross acres into two parcels of 3.9 acres and .5 acres, for a future commercial pad.
Location: The project site is an irregular-shaped parcel (APN: 1119-221-51) of approximately 4.5 adjusted gross acres and is located on the southeast corner of Sierra Lakes Parkway and Mango Avenue, with a frontage of approximately 511 feet south side of Sierra Lakes Parkway and a frontage of approximately 250 feet on the east side of Mango Avenue. The property is further identified as 17051 Sierra Lakes Parkway.

Project Description: MCN No. 14-029 and ZCA No. 14-003, for a Zoning Code Amendment to amend Chapter 30, Article II (Administrative Procedures), Division 15, Section 30-93.1. This amendment will add a new subsection 30-93.1 (d)(4)e to remove the subject property from the applicability of the nonconforming use provisions and would reinstate the subject property as a conforming use within the City’s Development Code.

Location: The project is a rectangular-shaped property consisting of one parcel (APN: 0255-241-02) of approximately 0.23 adjusted gross acres and is located approximately 118 feet north of intersection of Mint Leaf Way and Coriander Place, and having an approximate frontage of 80 feet on the west side of Mint Leaf Way and a lot depth of approximately 129 feet. The site is further identified as 10788 Mint Leaf Way.

Location: The project site is an irregular-shaped property consisting of one parcel (APN: 1100-771-08) of approximately 4.7 adjusted gross acres located approximately 500 feet south of the southeast corner of the intersection of Baseline Avenue and East Avenue, and having a frontage of approximately 163 feet on the east side of East Avenue with a depth of approximately 536 feet along the south side of the property and approximately 656 feet along the east side of the property. The site is further identified as 7337, 7373, and 7391 East Avenue

Project Description: Adoption of a resolution recommending that the City Council approve ZCA 14-014, an amendment to Chapter 30, Article V, (Residential Zoning Districts), Divisions 5, Section 30-176, of the Fontana City Code.
