The project site is an irregularly-shaped property consisting of two parcels (APN: 0239-101-11 and 0239-101-20) of approximately 48.6 gross acres and is located east of the adjacent Kordyak Elementary School at the south east intersection of Sierra Avenue and Segovia Street having a frontage approximately 400 feet on Segovia Street and a frontage on approximately 670 feet on Sierra Avenue.

Project Description: Administrative Site Plan No. 13-031 is the request for the site and architectural review of a proposed installation of a new unmanned wireless cell tower facility on a 62-foot tall palm tree (monopalm). The proposed cell tower will include an array of twelve (12) antennas, one (1) parabolic antenna, and (6) RRU boxes and four (4) GPS antennas attached to the 8-foot high masonry enclosure wall surrounding five (5) outdoor equipment cabinets and a standby diesel generator.
Location: The project site is a rectangularly-shaped property consisting of one parcel (APN: 0194-421-04) totaling approximately 3.9 adjusted gross acres located at the northwest corner of Randall Avenue and Palmetto Avenue with a street frontage of approximately 311 feet on Randall Avenue and a street frontage of approximately 615 feet on Palmetto Avenue. The site is further identified as First Baptist Church at 17244 Randall Avenue.

Project Description: The applicant requests an architectural review for the installation of nine (9) panel antennas, three (3) RRU’s, one (1) two (2) foot parabolic antenna on an existing 143-foot high Southern California Edison (SCE) lattice tower, the installation of one (1) 11’-6” x 16’-11” (194 square feet) equipment shelter, and two (2) GPS antennas within an 18’ x 28’ (504 square feet) leased area.
Location: The project is a irregularly-shaped property consisting of one parcel (APN: 0238-091-36) of approximately 11.8 adjusted gross acres and is located approximately 1,815 feet south of the intersection of Slover Avenue and Etiwanda Avenue, and having an approximate frontage of 152 feet on the east side of Etiwanda Avenue and a lot depth of approximately 2,590 feet. The site is within the Southern California Edison (SCE) Corridor.
