CEQA Public Review
Pursuant to Article 13, Sections 15200 through 15206 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), public agencies are required to provide a public review period in order to receive and evaluate public reactions to environmental issues related to proposed public and private projects. Project Description: Design Review No. 13-001 is a request for approval of a 60 multi-family affordable housing complex including a managers unit on approximately a 4.8 adjusted gross acre site.
Location: The project site is a rectangularly-shaped property consisting of two parcels (APN 0190-141-02 and -03) totaling approximately 4.8 adjusted gross acres, and is located on the east side of Juniper Avenue and having a frontage of approximately 331 feet on Juniper Avenue and a depth of approximately 625 feet. The site is further identified as 7807 Juniper Avenue.

Project Description: A request by the City of Fontana to revoke Conditional Use Permit (CUP) No. 10-008 for non-compliance. The CUP was previously approved for a tractor-trailer training school at 14796 Washington Avenue.
Location: The project site is located on the north side of Washington Avenue, 560 feet east of the intersection of Redwood Avenue and Washington Avenue (APN 0234-251-03 and -08). The site is further identified as 14796 Washington Avenue.
