Award Recognition from National League of Cities

Mayor Acquanetta Warren and City Manager Ken Hunt are seen here accepting an award from the National League of Cities in recognition of stepping up to the challenge of reducing childhood obesity and being the first in California to complete all five Let's Move! Cities, Towns and Counties goals!

Mayor Warren received a personal letter from the First Lady Michelle Obama congratulating Fontana on our commitment to make the City a healthier place. The First Lady stated, “I am truly inspired by the work Fontana is doing to help build a brighter, healthier tomorrow for the next generation.”

Holiday Closure
In light of the upcoming Thanksgiving day holiday this week, the City Administrative offices will be closed on Thursday, November 27, 2014 and Friday November 28, 2014. Regular office hours will resume on Monday, December 1, 2014.

Breakfast Or Dinner With Santa
December 6, 2014 l Jack Bulik Teen Center | $5

Santa will be making a special appearance at the Jack Bulik Teen Center for a delicious breakfast from 9:00 am- 11:00 am and dinner from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm.

Attendants of these events will also be able to take photos with Santa, and take part in fun holiday crafts!

egistration will be available at any Fontana Community Center.

Breakfast With Santa
December 13, 2014 l 9:00 am - 11:00 am l Don Day Neighborhood Center | FREE


This holiday event will also feature a coloring contest, holiday crafts, and a chance for kids to write a letter to Santa. 

Space is limited!
 To register for this event, participants must register in person at the Don Day Neighborhood Center.

Santa is making a lot of cheery stops in Fontana!The whole family is invited to come on out to enjoy "An Evening With Santa & Friends."

This event will feature holiday performances, fun art projects, games, and pictures with Santa, and some of your favorite "Frozen" characters, Princess Elsa, Princess Anna, and Olaf.
