The Transportation Program is designed as a Demand Response / Ride Sharing program for Fontana senior citizens (55 and older) and medically disabled residents. This service transports residents (within city limits) to:


  • Doctor's Offices
  • Fontana Community Senior Center
  • Hospitals
  • Shopping Centers
  • Fitness Facilities

Transportation Shuttle
The Transportation Shuttle is a fixed route system that operates Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. This program runs throughout Central Route and stops at 6 senior apartment complexes as well as Stater Bros., Wal-Mart, and Kaiser Hospital. Access to the shuttle is unlimited and is available to members who have an active annual van pass. For more information on our Transportation Shuttle please contact (909) 854 - 5175.

To receive an annual pass submit an application with a $32 payment ($30 van pass $2 processing fee) to the Fontana Community Senior Center.
