Heritage Neighborhood Center – Dance Classes
Fontana, California. The Mayor and City Council invite the public to register for the new ballroom and club dancing classes at the Heritage Neighborhood Center located at 7350 W. Liberty Parkway.
The Social Ballroom class introduces popular ballroom and social dances. This class focuses on one dance per session. Session one is the Waltz, session two works on the Night Club 2-step and session three introduces the Foxtrot. This class is on Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:30 pm for ages 15 and older. Cost for the class is $33 for 4 weeks.
Latin Ballroom is a great class for those who want to learn well-known Latin ballroom dances. This class also focuses on one dance per session. Session one introduces the American Tango, session two is the Cha-Cha and session three teaches the Rumba. This class is on Thursdays from 7:30 to 8:30 pm for ages 15 and older. Cost for the class is $33 for 4 weeks.
The Club Dancing class will remind you of the “old school” dance moves and show you the “new school” dance moves of today. Learn how to dance to the latest music without feeling out of place. Increase your self-esteem and feel comfortable in any type of dancing atmosphere. This class is for 18 and older and takes place on Wednesdays from 7:45 to 8:45 pm. This class is $25 for 4 weeks.
