A request from Mr. James Bearup of So Cal Motorcycle Dismantlers requesting that the Planning Commission review and approve Conditional Use Permit (CUP) No. 16-028, for a proposed motorcycle parts distributor to establish a motorcycle dismantling facility for retailing parts. The proposal also includes used motorcycle sales and repair. The site is developed with an existing building and paved with asphalt concrete. There is no outdoor storage, display, or work.

Master Case No. 12-002; Administrative Site Plan No. 12-018R1 - Date of Hearing: Development Advisory Board (DAB) Meeting March 23, 2017.
