Southridge Village Specific Plan is bounded by Jurupa Avenue on the north, Sierra Avenue on the east, the San Bernardino / Riverside County line on the south, and Mulberry Avenue on the west.
The Southridge Village Specific Plan is approximately 2,640 acres in size. The specific plan is predominantly single-family residential with some multi-family residential areas at various locations throughout the specific plan. The Southridge Village Specific Plan has two commercial centers totaling approximately 158,000 square feet and a 4,800 square-foot McDonald’s restaurant within its boundary.
